Welcome to Our Journey

Luna Wellness Center is a Northern Virginia–based nonprofit delivering restorative wellness services at no cost for women undergoing and recovering from cancer treatment. As survivorship rates increase, so does the need for more comprehensive, supportive care. Patients are living longer—but often with unmet physical and emotional needs that directly impact recovery and overall well-being.
    
    Luna Wellness Center was founded on a simple belief: healing extends beyond medical treatment—it includes feeling supported, restored, and cared for as a whole person.   We understand that women facing cancer often navigate more than just the physical challenges of treatment. Behind every diagnosis are deeply personal experiences—changes in confidence, identity, and emotional well-being that are not always addressed within traditional care. Luna was created to help fill that gap.
    
    We believe that small moments of care can have a powerful impact—a moment to relax, a moment to feel like yourself again, a moment to be seen beyond the diagnosis. As we grow, we are thoughtfully planning a physical space that will offer in-person restorative experiences in a calm, supportive environment. Until then, our virtual programs allow us to begin building a community of care—one moment, one connection at a time.

     Our Mission is to provide safe, restorative wellness services that support women during and after treatment. From gentle, oncology-informed skincare to calming, stress-reducing experiences, every offering is designed to bring comfort, dignity, and a sense of renewal during an incredibly difficult time. We work alongside—not in place of—medical care, providing a complementary layer of support that prioritizes how women feel, not just how they heal.
 
     Our Vision is to expand access to these services so that every woman facing cancer has the opportunity to experience compassion, connection, and restoration.
